There is a small patch file from 3.00:

This fixes two embarrassing bugs:
(1) Spaces after the ! (for negation) in domain lists were not being
ignored.
(2) It failed to compile on SunOS4.
There has also been some tidying (typos, additional wording) in the
README.UPDATING file.
