Thanks, it works. There was another thing that I need to change.
Our "client" configuration has no local_domains, and to let eh
host to relay mail from localhost via SMTP, I needed to add the
following option, which was not needed in pre-2.950 versions:
host_accept_relay = @ : localhost
It seems like the behavior of exim changed somewhere.
