I would not recommend using that. IMO that leaves you open to abuse.
By strictly controlling the domain(s) which are allowed to relay with the
local_domain, or sender_address_relay you can ensure that YOU control who
uses you as MX, and not someone else.
My configuration file which Philip has so kindly included in the samples,
allows you to do just that :)
