Actually, I believe it is refused, but if you are using Fetchmail, this does
not really work (because Exim thinks the sender is localhost). When mail
is rejected here, and it was fetched by Fetchmail, it just disappears. The
only time rejected mail is actually refused/rejected here is when I am online
and it comes in directly to Exim.

I like to use sender_reject_recipients instead of sender_reject, because with
the latter, the sending host keeps trying to deliver.
