If you find anything in the DSSL that ought not to be in there, please
_do_ let me know and I'll correct it ASAP.

It's a resource that can be used at the MTA level, at least in those cases
where your MTA can be coerced into referencing one or more RBL-style lists.
Exim is one such MTA... one among very few I might add. (I wish someone
would come up with a patch for MS Exchanges that would enable support for
RBL-style lists! Humph!)

It may be inappropriate to talk about the _philosophy_ or motivation
behind this thing here, but as a technical resource for Exim admins,
it was (and is) at least worthy of mention here, I think.
