[EXIM] Anonymous messages

"The IMRSS Project requests the assistance of all Exim users ..."

this came to the list from an anonymous contributor, an "Exim Mailing List
Subscriber <exim@???>" (with the Subject: [EXIM] Notifying open
relays).

I would suggest that the list ignores anonymous messages.
