Putting 'OFFTOPIC' in the subject line isn't an excuse.

Give it a rest ! You're not going to agree, its up to ISPs to set the
policies of the service they provide and the whole thing has NOTHING
to do with this list and is just wasting bandwidth.

There are appropriate places for that kind of discussion, and they arn't
here. Geeze, and here was me thinking most of the people on this list
had clue.
