The MXes aren't wrong. What you haven't done is tell the exim running
on cobra.cobralink.net that cobralink.net is a local domain (ie you
need to add it to local_domains).
With your current config exim is not recognising that domain as local
so tries to route it. The routing says that the local machine should
handle that mail which confuses things....
