[EXIM] EXIM: Relay

Hello all. I am trying to have one exim box pass off to another exim box that has
the exit thru the firewall. I have the relay line commented out, and this is what
I get:

550 relaying to <pyahnig@???> prohibited by administrator
Exim version 2.05 debug level 1 uid=0 gid=1
probably ndbm

Any ideas???
