[EXIM] Queryprogram lookup ?

Just a completely off-the-wall suggestion, prompted by the observation
by someone here that there is a queryprogram router but not
queryprogram director.

If there were a queryprogram lookup then a `queryprogram director'
could be synthesised from an existing director, and it might make
certain other things easy.

Would this be easy or hard to do ? Philip, do you approve or
disapprove ?
