[EXIM] EXIM-Deny Connections

Hello all. Is there a setting in Exim to deny connections once it is flodded? I
am running solaris 2.6 on a ultra 60. i am getting:
1999-03-17 10:23:05 Connection from 199.???.??.??? refused: too many connections

Sun says that solaris will not deny connection from too many connections, ie: Syn
Attack. Does anyone have any ideas?
