[EXIM] net-list format question

My sender_net_accept_relay is a list with network numbers as:

192.168.1.0/24

Is that the correct format? I tried sending a link to someone from Netscape
and the relay was refused even though the net is in that list. I had to add
the host to sender_host_accept_relay to get mail out from Netscape.
