[EXIM] Maybe FAQ... what is the opposite of exim -bpa

This must be an FAQ, but I could not locate it easily...

'exim -bpa' is wonderful for listing where mail has been delivered to,
but I would like to know which recipients are still outstanding. Is
there an inverse of -bpa ?
