Ahh... I missed that one in the docs. Certainly eliminates one problem. :-)

I need to use the 'To:' and 'Cc:' headers. The SMTP "RCPT" header is
always the same (paper) since this is the user fetchmail runs as when it
grabs the mail from the ISPs' servers.

Additional info: paper is a user which never gets any mail put in its own
mailbox. It is an unprivileged user which runs various jobs on the server
(such as mail). Occasionally, someone might log in to do some
housekeeping but never to read mail. So from that point of view, having
the filter in paper's home directory would be nice. Just trying not to
create headaches down the road when they decide they need to add
something else. :-)
