Umm, I must re-read mutt manual again. I didn't know there was
such option.

Don't hesitate to ask. The nice thing about Philip is that he's
not like me -- he never flames people.

I don't know any good manual which explains how MUAs work. For
MTAs, start by reading RFC821 and RFC822. Also, look at your
mailbox with "less", looking at the headers of read and unread
mail. Watch the queue of exim. After a while, you will be able
to setup complex MTA configurations.

And remember that sysadmins can't be taught, only trained. There
are many things which are purely ad-hoc, and no manual exists.
UNIX is pretty nice in this regard -- many man pages, printed
manuals, books, and all that, and the OS is pretty logical.
