Correct. But my version of mutt (0.95-us) calls
"/usr/sbin/sendmail -oem -oi". 0.95.1-us crashed on BSDI 4.0, so
I don't use it.
Another "feature" of mutt is that you need to specify "unset
write_bcc" on your .muttrc file so mutt doesn't write Bcc: header
in the outgoing mail. The previous behavior (which existed until
(and excluding) 0.95) made me a little mispleased one day, after
which I went straight to the source code and mispleased it back.

Michael Elkins needs to RTFM and understand the concepts of MTA
and MUA. "All MUAs suck, but this one sucks less", was
approximately what he said (circa 1995). Given how much others
suck, it's not hard to achieve this.
Anyway, he did a good work. I just like to bash people for
nothing.
