[EXIM] SMTP timeouts?

On a new installation of 2.11, I'm getting a *lot* of these types
of messages:

unexpected disconnection while reading SMTP data (header) from smtp2.globalserve.net [209.90.128.7]

I'm getting it on a regular basis, from thee different sites.

Is there *anything* I can do at my end to help this? I already have

smtp_receive_timeout = 15m

in my config file...
