This should happen by default. Only "admin" users should be able to see
the queue. Non-admin users should be able to see only their own
messages.

Set up a transport to the other machine:
special:
driver = smtp
hosts = other.machine
Set up a director
special:
driver = smartuser
transport = special
domains = domain.it
local_parts = ^0s
Or, if domain.it is not a local domain, set up a router (you can use the
normal smtp transport)
special:
driver = domainlist
transport = remote_smtp
domains = domain.it
local_parts = ^0s
route_list = * other.machine byname
