Usually, when someone puts Off-Topic in the subject line of their mail,
it indicates that they want one of two things:
1) Help with something related to the list charter content but that
doesn't fall within the charter.
2) Information about where to go to find information relating to a
product often used in conjunction with the product covered by the
list charter.
In either case, it is polite to send replies to such a post to the
poster _only_. Copying the list is an implicit declaration that you
don't care about the list charter and don't respect or value the time of
the other list members. The excepetion here is where the question
originally posted leads to an interesting comment about the product
covered by the list charter.
