percent_hack_domains, I think. (Note that having it to "*"
isn't a problem, as far as relaying goes. It will convert
"user%remote.site@???" into "user@???" before checking
the relay conditions (I think), and so prevent relaying. If you disable
that, your host will just say that "user%remote.site" is an unknown
local user.)
