Jeff and others,
While a sticky /var/mail is very popular, this does not mean it's a good
practice.
But rather than trying to decide "which is better" (stupid concept)
here, I urge _all_ list members to resist the urge to give this
advice, and instead to point people at the FAQ and let them decide for
themselves.
