If the driver queues an address for a local transport, and the transport |
does not specify a user, then the user given here is used when running the |
delivery process.
In other words, it is not relevant to the running of the director
itself. That is why it is trying to read the file as the exim user.

It is world readable, so the exim user should be able to read it,
*provided* it can read the directory. What are the permissions on
/usr, /usr/local, /usr/local/majordomo, and /usr/local/majordomo/lists ?
