As soon as I start the exim -q<time> daemon, and the first queue-runner
has finished, I think. I don't actually run a -q<time> daemon
constantly here, since it would be a nuisance on a dialup host, I was
just thinking about running a -ql<time> daemon to clear up local
messages which occasionally get deferred.
