You definately have a specific procmail problem, looks like you're calling
'formail' to add to a message id cache and procmail can't run it
sucessfully, for one thing.
This looks to me like a problem with your .procmailrc or your setup of
procmail on your machine, not one I've seen before and not one I have any
hope of debugging without seeing the .procmailrc.
Is there a procmail users list about ?
