[EXIM] ...send to external host with no mx

Hi...

i try to relay mail to an external mail-host with no MX-entry in my DNS.

The mail is forwarded by another provider ( he hosts the DNS ) ....into
one pop-account on our server.

I want to send the mail from the domain @abc.com to a specific
ip-address.
The host is a dialin-host...so mail has to stay in the queue for
serveral hours (no problem...ok)

The mailhost is an microsoft-exchange-server.

.....any hints ??!!?
