[EXIM] renaming machine will items still in the queue?

I'm running an old version (1.73) and am about to upgrade to a newer
version. Is there any issue if I change machine name and upgrade? Will
the new exim still deliver the mail in the queue?

As far as I can see, there should be no problem...
