Or ask the NT customer to use a small program called dequeue, invoking it
as follows from within M Sex Change's 'run other program' feature:
dequeue -q -m <isp.mail.server> -d #domain.name
Get dequeue from
http://www.swinc.com and search for exchange dequeue
methods. The dequeue program is also useful with a few other windows MTA's
that may not be able to send an ETRN correctly.
