No. It has to _read_ it. Exim doesn't execute the contents of a .forward
file in response to an SMTP EXPN request. It basically just _shows_ the
remote client what's in the .forward .
I think you should sit down and try to prove exploitability here. In the
process, you'll figure out what you've misunderstood. :-)
