I must admit qmail is quite good at seeming human rather than mechanical
for this sort of thing.... however exim is impeccably polite if a little
mechanically-formal! You can customise the error messages - see
errmsg_file, errmsg_text, warnmsg_file & warnmsg_txt in the
documentation....
