I believe the makefile is broken since it looks like it is trying to
link ndbm, db _and_ gdbm (-lndbm -lgdbm -ldb) and using the same
Local/Makefile on exim-2.05 sources works fine. OS/Makefile-Linux
explicitly says DBMLIB = -ldb so I don't understand why the make
process is trying to pull gdbm in the first place.
