Is this a grumble because it is not in the default configuration file?
If I put every possible option in there the file would be totally
unwieldy.
In the PostScript documentation, this is indexed under "SMTP: banner",
and "grep banner spec.txt" finds it very quickly in the ASCII manual.
There isn't an index for the ASCII manual because there aren't any page
numbers, and I figured people could just as easily use grep or the
"find" command of their favourite text editor.
