[EXIM] problem with closed mailing list

hallo,

I'm an exim newbie and have a problem with a closed mailing list.
always if I close a mailing list, an EMail at this list fails with
the error message UNKNOWN LOCAL PART.

here is the director configuration:

list:
  driver                = forwardfile,
  domains               = LOCAL_DOMAINS,
  no_more,
  require_files         =       
/opt/eximlists/permissions/${local_part};
#  senders              = noll@???;
#  senders             
=lsearch;/opt/eximlists/permissions/${local_part};
  file                  = /opt/eximlists/robot/${local_part},
  no_check_local_user,
  forbid_pipe,
  forbid_file,
  errors_to             = noll@???

Both possibilities produce the same.
What is wrong?
