[EXIM] unrouteable mail domain

We are using exim 2.02 and occasionally see error messages like the above.

The most puzzling case is where there are two (or more?) recipients at one
site address and the first is rejected but the second gets delivered!


I guess this is goig to be a DNS problem but has anyone any experience of this
happening and an idea of just what is going wrong?
