[EXIM] How did this e-mail get delivered?

Subject: [EXIM] How did this e-mail get delivered?
I have attached the header from a spammer. I am trying to figure out how it got
to me because I find the
recipient address (my) anywhere in the header??? I am running exim 2.04. How can
I prevent this?
