[EXIM] pop daemon

Hi

I see that exim can drop mail for user who do not have account on the
machine. I can understand that this would have its benifits, in that the
passwd file will not grow. To complement this setup is that a pop daemon
which will suthenticate without the use of a /etc/passwd file eg a
database, otherwise I may as well use the passwd file and sendmail. (The
main reason for going over to exim is that passwd can be negated.
