[EXIM] Exim won't deliver fetchmail...

I have Fetchmail picking up mail and delivering it (mail ends up in the spool)
but Exim will not deliver it locally. When I did 'exim -q -v' I got "retry time
limit not reached". How can I get Exim to actually deliver this mail to local
mailboxes?
