Because I haven't yet figured out a sensible way to implement some kind
of keyed lookup for net lists. It's something that has been on the Wish
List for some time, and I ought to get round to it. The current file
facility in effect interpolates the contents of the file into the list,
which is different to the way lookups work for hosts.
