On a box that's running 1.92, when sending a mail to a local user, the
message becomes frozen:

20:47:01 0yyhRF-0002gt-00 remote host address for host.c.de is the
local host
20:47:01 0yyhRF-0002gt-00 == b@??? R=lookuphost defer (-1):
remote host address is the local host
20:47:01 0yyhRF-0002gt-00 Frozen
What must be done to get around this?
