Signal 11 is typical of Linux and libraries and header files specific to
Linux. Linux people say that it's due to rocky RAM simms, but I've had
Linux code refuse to compile on our SCO 5.0.4 machine with signal 11
problems when 'normal' non-Linux-specific code compiles perfectly
happily and runs with no problems.
