[EXIM] make error for version 2.00

Hello,

I am using Linux (Caldera) and I just discovered that I am still using version
1.92 of Exim when I thought I had installed version 2.00, so I went to a new
tarball and when I did 'make' I got this error:

undefined reference to 'dbopen'

What does this mean?
