Ben Smithurst already posted a reply with the basic setup; but I thought
I'd just add one reminder. IIRC somewhere in the Majordomo docs or FAQ
it mentions using batchmail or other additional programs to improve the
performance of large lists. DO NOT USE THEM with Exim. Exim delivery
is already pretty optimal and these programs actually make things worse.
(They are helpful when running Majordomo with Sendmail though.)
