That is what bulk_mailer does, but it does look like remote_max_parallel
allows for some of the parallelism I want for medium to large lists,
and bulk_mailer is enough of a headache to encourage me to use
remote_max_parallel and remote_sort instead of it. (bulk_mailer is
a good way to lose mail.)
