bulk_mailer is unnecessary with exim; i bagged it when i installed exim on
my systems. just crank remote_max_parallel up a little bit and let it rip.
works good.
(for those unfamilair with bulk_mailer, it sorts a list in domain order and
then forks off multiple sendmail processes with up to <adjustable
parameter> domains for each process. it's a necessary tool for handling
large lists with sendmail due to sendmail's manifest limitations in the
delivery process.)
