This is a wild guess since it depends on a number of other things....

Assuming that the class C space is now "free", you should just be able to
make your mail machine listen on all those addresses using whatever form
of IP aliasing is appropriate for your system - this is very system
dependant and you may find that your systems just can't.

Then exim should just pick up mail sent to those machines and deal with it
appropriately. You need to make sure that you redirect/rewrite addresses
appropriately.

Alternatively, add MX records to the DNS for all the machine names that
used to take mail. Point them to your mail box, tell the mail box that
those domains are local to it (or give it somewhere else to deliver them),
and that should also "just work".
