At the moment the quota works like this: Mail ist not delivered if the quota
would be exceeded *after* the delivery. I think it would be easier to
understand and maintain if the mail is not delivered if the quota is not
exceeded *before* the delivery. That means that the size of the current
msg is not added to the existing size of the mailbox before determining,
whether we are above the quota. As I have a maximum msg size of 10M this
would mean that mailboxes can be about 10M over the quota. But it would
mean a simple find can find out, who is above the quota and do any desired
action.
Any comments? Maybe an option. :-)
