To be pedantic, you actually mean
if one of a defined list of hosts appears in the MX list,
then throw away this and all other MXs of equal or lower
priority - just as if this machine was in the MX list.
So, given a target with 4 MXes:-
MX 1 a
MX 2 b
MX 2 c
MX 3 d
if c is in the block list, then throw away b,c & d.
