[EXIM] oddity in appendfile

I had

mode=660

in the local_delivery transport, and it was creating files that looked like
this:

--w--w-r--   1 u15834i6 106          737 May 30 22:26 u15834i6

changing it to 0660 seemes to of made the problem go away.

It was surprising to say the least!

this is with exim 1.82 and Solaris 2.4
