If I get the reply from the owner of the original idea (still didn't
happen) then I will tell him my only possible contribution idea to the
matter: after automatically generated standard header form it should
attach the original message intact.

This way it can be automatically parsed (first part) and the
interpretation and validity can be easily verifyed from the attached
original message.

I'd like to point out, however, that this is not an exim issue, while this
list is for exim problems.

I see no chance of having this done. I've never got meaningful responses
from large ISPs. I'm sure I never will. I'm pretty sure that they won't
react, either. *shrug* Maybe automatic parse could help them. If any.

I don't see why creating an automated form can hurt anyone. You oppose it
as it'd hurt you... I don't really see why you do that.
