[EXIM] NO_IP_OPTIONS

Hallo insiders,

I compiled exim 1.90 in an older linux-box (version 1.2.12). To compile
without error I had to set
#define NO_IP_OPTIONS
in OS/os.h-Linux.

The executable works for me. But I want to know which features are lost
in result of the above defnitition.
