[EXIM] Is this fixed?

Some time back I reported problems regarding quoting, leading to this
sort of behaviour:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message sent by

<pdmanoml@???>

has not yet been delivered to all its recipients after more than
72 hours on the queue on flyhalf.ctd.comsat.com.

The message identifier is:     0yWkJk-0000bE-00
The date of the message is:    Tue, 05 May 1998 12:23:11 -0400
The subject of the message is: test message

The address to which the message has not yet been delivered is:

"mochurst@???

Is this fixed in a recent exim version (I'm using 1.82).
